Clothed in Righteousness

While reading the scriptures, the boys heard "clothed in righteousness" and asked what it meant. Carter speaks up and says, "You know, wearing sleeves, and long enough shorts, and dressing modest." Caden and Cars both just shake their heads and look to me like read on! Carter then says, "Mom, do I need to repent since I was not clothed in righteousness while we were in Bear Lake? A lot of the time I walked around without a shirt." All the boys look at me for the answer. We had to have a little explanation session. I love that they really listen and try so hard to understand and obey. It's the craziest times when I see little glimpses that they might be "getting it". I need to remember those times more often, not just the bad stuff!!!
